MacBook Monthly Sweepstakes

01 Eligibility

The Human-I-T MacBook Monthly Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of, and physically located within, the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, age eighteen (18) years or older at time of entry. Void in New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, and where otherwise prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Employees and representatives of Human-I-T ("Sponsor") and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees or designees, as well as their immediate family members (defined as spouses, parents/stepparents, siblings, children/stepchildren and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of their household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate.

Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and shall not be subject to appeal.

02 How to enter

Mail-in entries must be received during the Entry Period (between May 18, 2026 and December 1, 2026) and before the 10th of the applicable drawing month to be included in that month's drawing. Mail-in entries received after the 10th of a given month will be entered into the following month's drawing, if applicable.

Entry resets

Each monthly drawing is independent. Once a drawing is held on or by the 10th of the month, all entries for that drawing period are cleared. Entrants who did not win must submit a new entry (by either method) to be eligible for any subsequent monthly drawing.

Limit

One (1) entry per person per monthly drawing period, regardless of entry method. Sponsor will be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. See the "General" section below for additional rules regarding entry.

03 Sweepstakes period & drawing schedule

The Sweepstakes Entry Period begins May 18, 2026 and ends December 1, 2026. Monthly drawings will be held on or by the 10th of each month on the following schedule:

04 Prizes, ARV & odds

Per monthly drawing: Six (6) winners will be selected each month — three (3) from entries submitted by residents of Detroit, Michigan, and three (3) from entries submitted by residents of the remaining eligible states and the District of Columbia (excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island).

Prize: Each winner will receive one (1) Apple MacBook laptop. The specific year and model of the MacBook will be determined at the time of the drawing based on Sponsor's available inventory. Each MacBook prize will have an approximate retail value ("ARV") between $400.00 and $999.00 USD.

Total prizes: Up to forty-two (42) MacBook laptops across seven (7) monthly drawings (6 per drawing × 7 drawings). The total ARV of all prizes awarded across the entire Sweepstakes is between $16,800.00 and $41,958.00 USD.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each monthly drawing period. Prizes pictured in advertising, marketing, or promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between statements contained in any such materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.

Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Any applicable taxes and all other costs/expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of each winner. Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions, or substitutions, or any act or omission whatsoever with respect to any prize. Prizes are nontransferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, other than as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to substitute an alternative prize, in whole or in part, of equal or greater value, if a prize cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason.

Limit one (1) prize per person per monthly drawing. See the "General" section below for additional rules regarding acceptance of prizes.

05 Random drawing & notification

Six (6) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during each monthly entry window. Potential winners will be contacted via telephone or email using the contact information provided at the time of entry in order to verify eligibility and confirm them as winners.

Entrants must have a valid email address, and it is the entrant's responsibility to update Sponsor of any change in contact information. Potential winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release ("Release") at Sponsor's discretion before they are confirmed as winners.

In the event a winner chooses not to accept his/her/their prize, is not in compliance with these Rules, is unable to be notified, or cannot/does not respond by the deadline set by Sponsor (in these Official Rules or in the winner notification), the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be randomly selected from all of the remaining eligible entries for that month's drawing. If a potential winner is at least 18 years old but still considered a minor in his/her/their jurisdiction of residence, the prize may be awarded in the name of his/her/their parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner(s) set forth herein.

06 General

By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding. Participants are solely responsible for Internet connectivity, software and/or hardware and data charges that may be required in order to submit an entry.

By accepting a prize, winner agrees to, where legal, Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, or designees' use of his/her/their name, city and state of residence, and likeness (including photos and/or videos) for advertising and publicity purposes related to the Sweepstakes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without further compensation, permission, or notification and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing.

Winners are solely responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes on the prizes, including sales or use taxes, as well as any expenses related to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of a prize. Prize winners are solely responsible for self-reporting prize income on their personal tax returns; Sponsor will not issue IRS Form 1099-MISC or other tax documentation in connection with prize awards.

By participating, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any injury, loss, or damage to person, including death, personal injury, or loss or damage to property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to the acceptance or use/misuse of a prize, participation in any promotion-related activity, or participation in the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, rules, administration of this Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of winners and prizes. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as planned is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment/internet/connectivity failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes and award prizes from among all eligible entries received up to that date.

Sponsor is not responsible for and may disqualify entries that are misdirected, undelivered, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, damaged, stolen, late, or lost; or for interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections; or for computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties. No automatic, robotic, mechanical entries or reproductions accepted. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to void all entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed, or similar entry-duplication method, and to disqualify any individual using such an entry method. Proof of submission of an entry does not constitute proof of receipt of entry by Sponsor. If there is a dispute as to the identity of entrant or a dispute, or potential dispute, regarding the entry or any third-party rights, or if Sponsor has reasonable grounds for suspecting any breach or abuse of these Official Rules by any person involved in an entry, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible in Sponsor's sole discretion.

07 Privacy policy / data collection

Information collected from entrants in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor to administer the Sweepstakes and deliver prizes. Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, information provided by you for this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy located at human-i-t.org/privacy-security.

08 Governing law

All disputes concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, in any action relating to these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes.
