JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES · Identify prospective customers by via search engines, business directories, leads from interested buyers, and researching buyers based on item type · Create and maintain a database of interested buyers based on technology type · Assist the sales team in all areas and initiatives when needed. · Manage a high volume of outgoing calls( 25 or more calls a day) and emails to prospective buyers and donors · Contact buyers in our database regarding items we are looking to resell · Work with the Operations department to coordinate logistics · Work closely with Incoming Donations to identify prospective items · Facilitate annual fundraising activities · Confer with company policies to develop a procedure to expand our market and reach new contacts
Human Resource Generalist
JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES: Will be responsible to implement and administer employee policies Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily basis Provide solutions for problems related with employee relations Prepare or assist with the creation of offer & termination letters Assure that the required training & development is carried out in each department Perform reference, criminal & background checks for employees that are going to be hired Schedule drug, physical, & alcohol testing for certain required position Assist HR Manager with payroll and worker's compensation semi-monthly Schedule or conduct new employee orientations Maintain, update human resources documents, such as organization charts, employee handbook or directories or performance evaluation Responsible to maintain knowledge of current Equal Employment Opportunity ( EEO) and affirmative action and laws such as American Disability Act (ADA) Update and create job descriptions as when required or a requisition status has been put Conduct exit interviews and make sure that all necessary employee termination paperwork has been completed Inform candidates/ applicants about their responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions and promotion opportunities Familiar yourself with the HRIS system to help in the smooth processes of current activities especially those occurring Maintain data in the information system and databases Follow up with employees on their performance and with hiring manager for every department to make the appraisal to performance management process easier Coordinate employee safety and welfare Will attend HR related seminars or events
Data Security Supervisor
Will be responsible for making sure we are leading the industry in data security practices. The areas of focus are as follows. Data classification: Data on devices are classified by the risk level associated with the data The classification will dictate how the data and the device that contains it should be handled. Chain of custody: Regardless of what technique is used to destroy data, before it is destroyed it is at risk and must follow a strict chain of custody to ensure it is not tampered with. From the time it leaves our client’s locations to the time the data is destroyed. Types of storage media and hardware that stores data in order to ensure data security, we need to know where data is stored on a large variety of devices. Data destruction: Software destruction: because we focus on reuse we must be leaders and understand how to destroy data with software on a wide range of devices. Hardware destruction: To lower the risk from the chain of custody transfers we want to be able to physically destroy data in house and whenever possible instead of relying on vendors. The person in this position must conduct constant education to keep up with industry-leading trends in the areas shown above. Once we know best practices the IT supervisor must come up with creative ways to innovate on current best practices to ensure we are an industry leader in this area. Other focuses will be as follows: Internal and External tech support needs are being met in a timely manner IT tickets Website Edits Tech Support Project management of new IT build outs and capabilities.

We are looking for someone who can work in teams, can correspond with donors, organize workflow processes, and help manage projects.This position may support other department as needed to achieve business objectives. The EA works under the supervision of Executive Management or directly to a specific Executive when assigned. Essential functions of an Executive Assistant include but not limited to: providing information, management support, and representing the executive to others.
