Scoping and scheduling
We start with your inventory and your timeline. Full decommissioning engagements are available in Los Angeles and nationally by arrangement under dedicated service agreements; palletized pickup and small-volume shipping are available nationwide.
On-site decommissioning
Our technical teams handle rack removal, cable management, and equipment cataloguing on-site. Every data-bearing device and refurbishment-eligible asset is individually inventoried with a unique scannable asset tag and serial number at intake. Bulk materials are tracked by category and weight.
Data destruction — your choice of venue
Devices are either transported under documented chain of custody to our NAID AAA-certified facilities, or destroyed on-site: we deploy mobile shredding equipment directly to your facility, so sensitive media never leaves your premises unsanitized.
Certified sanitization or physical destruction
Data-bearing devices are processed through NIST 800-88-compliant sanitization, physical destruction, or approved R2v3-certified downstream partners — the appropriate path is determined by device type and condition. Every outcome is recorded against the device’s serial number.
