Technical issues can be crippling for people who are just trying to achieve their goals online. That’s why Human-I-T offers rapid-response, bilingual (English & Spanish) technical support for individual customers and tech support plans for our CBO, educational, and nonprofit partners.

Our professionally-trained team of technical support specialists are equipped to resolve a variety of support requests, including fixing hardware, restoring their internet connection, or helping them use software and web-based applications.
