New Partnership Announcement New partnership announcement with Frontier Communications and ConnectHome The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA), human-I-T James Jack, and Los Angeles City Council President  Herb J. Wesson, Jr. are launching a new effort to connect over 3,000 eligible Section 8 households to low cost  internet programs and a free Chromebook laptop.
