To apply for low-cost internet through Human-I-T, complete the eligibility request form on this page or call us at 1-888-391-7249. You’ll need a valid photo ID and documentation showing either your household income level or enrollment in a qualifying assistance program. Once approved, a Human-I-T team member will personally guide you through getting connected.

Or bring your own compatible hotspot and pay $14.99 per month with a SIM-only plan. Every plan is month-to-month with no contract and no credit check, for households that qualify based on income or program enrollment.

Who qualifies for low-income internet through Human-I-T?

You qualify if anyone in your household is enrolled in a qualifying assistance program, such as SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, SSDI, Social Security Retirement, Section 8, TANF, WIC, free school lunch, Lifeline, LIHEAP, VA benefits, Pell Grants, Head Start, or General Assistance. You also qualify if your household income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level ($31,920 for one person or $66,000 for a family of four in 2026).
